The BR-X5’s dial is a captivating sunray black, providing a stunning contrast to the applique indices, which are filled with Super-LumiNova® for excellent visibility in low light. The metal skeletonized hour and minute hands are also filled with Super-LumiNova®, enhancing legibility. A black flange around the dial features a 60-minute scale with white markings, adding to the watch’s functionality.
A sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating protects against scratches and reflections, ensuring the watch face remains unobscured. The watch is also equipped with a screw-down crown and a crown guard for additional security, alongside a sapphire caseback that reveals the oscillating weight, adding a touch of technical allure.
