The Reine de Naples 8928 wristwatch is crafted from 18-carat white gold. Its bezel, dial flange, and lugs are adorned with 139 brilliant-cut diamonds, totalling approximately 1.32 carats. The watch features a self-winding movement, and its balance spring is made of silicon. The dial showcases white natural mother-of-pearl.
The off-centred chapter ring includes Roman numerals, and the case back is made from sapphire. It is water-resistant up to 3 bar (30 meters). In this mini model, the dimensions of the oval case—characteristic of this collection—have been scaled down to 33 x 24.95 mm.
The hour chapter, positioned towards the bottom of the dial, is highlighted by the famous blued open-tipped hands. This watch also includes a diamond-paved setting with a ball attachment at 6 o’clock, a winding crown topped with a briolette diamond at 4 o’clock, and a bezel, dial flange, and clasp set with brilliant-cut diamonds.
